All the news out of Hartford has seemed pretty negative lately, unfortunately. A few weeks back the Yard Goats let us know that the date for our Summer Classic would now be SUN 7/17 at Dunkin’ Donuts Park. The stadium wouldn’t be ready for 6/18 and the Yard Goats had just announced they would be playing some games at Dodd Stadium. So we got a date, essentially a month later. Until we hear otherwise, this is the date of the game… keep your fingers crossed. With all the bad news from the mayor of Hartford and such, we are starting to think about ways to reschedule these games… so stay tuned and we’ll let you know when we know more when we know.
